You can request a return or exchange within “7 days of delivery”. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

All tags must be intact
The product should be returned in its original packaging”

3. Non-Returnable Items
”The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Items purchased on sale or discount
Innerwear or accessories (if applicable)
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling”
4. Exchange Process
”If you wish to exchange a product (for size or another item), you can raise a request through our support team.
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup and process your exchange.”
5. Return Process
”To initiate a return:
Contact our support team with your order details
Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled
After receiving and inspecting the product, your return will be processed”
6. Refunds
”Refunds are initiated after the product passes quality inspection
The amount will be credited to your original payment method within ”5–7 business days”
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer”
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within ”48 hours of delivery” with clear images.
We will resolve the issue on priority.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
